I apply it neat to my eczema on my face and it clears up in about four days. Unfortunately it comes back not long after I stop applying it…Although I’ve never had the persistence to keep applying for a long period after the skin has cleared…perhaps the cycle could be broken with more dedication.

On the up side it works better than the cortisone cream and unlike cortisone it is not toxic – much healthier solution

My other usage is for gastric reflux – mix half and half with apple juice and drink – not pleasant but it stops the reflux and very good in a bind when i’ve run out of medication

This is my results after only two weeks when my friend introduced me to ACV. I normally have this bad cough only at night when I am sleeping and I toss in bed all the time due to a cough that I have wondered why only at night. When during the day I am very normal boy when I took the ACV I sleep like a new born baby
I am like does it work so fast? then I said I am going to drink the ACV a Table spoon just dry to make sure that is gonna be effective I tell you I am as clean as cotton wool in my throat no coughing no more tossing in bed thanks Lindia my friend to introducing me to this cost less miracle. I recommended it to my family it is on the dinning table all the time my friends too have started using it and they are like where was this miracle hiding.

I had suffered for warts infection on my scalp for over 3years.
Tried all sort of medicines inluding electro coagulation which a minor surgucal procedure for warts removal. It actually clears it but eventually came back in number.
I came across apple cider vinegar on the net when i was searching for remedy to my skin problem. Thank God after applying it on the affected surface for about two weeks every disappeared and never surface again.
